Electronic Geometry Model No. 2000.09.007

Ulrich Reitebuch

The dodecahedron is one of the five Platonic solids.

The dodecahedron has 20 vertices, 12 faces and 30 edges, the dual solid is the icosahedron. Six of the edges are laying parallel to the coordinate axes. Here the distance from vertex to center point is scaled to 1. The edge-length is sqrt(18-6sqrt(5))/3
